To support the new Chief of Staff position who will serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, coordinate and deepen board engagement, and lead critical projects to support internal culture as well as community and external partnerships. This position enhances organizational capacity by strengthening alignment across programs, development, and operations, and by ensuring staff have the systems and communications needed to deliver high-quality support to schools. The Chief of Staff will also free the CEO to focus on external strategy, fundraising, and partnerships that will sustain the organization. This role is especially needed following a period of rapid expansion of their Crew Initiative, the evolution of their instructional model, and the successful completion of a leadership transition. With these changes now in place, the Chief of Staff will help provide stability to ensure that their growing reach—over 22,000 students and almost 2,200 educators across 111 schools overall—translates into consistent, high-quality impact.
