To support a Member Services Associate to enhance UNH’s capacity to meet the growing professional development needs of current and new UNH member organizations. The individual will be responsible for: analyzing data that identifies the capacity building needs of members; sharing best practices and making connections between members for targeted learning opportunities; providing direct professional development services; and investigating and securing external expertise to meet current and emerging needs of member and prospective member organizations. With this new position, UNH will strengthen its capacity to meet the professional development needs of its members and stay more nimble and responsive in a changing and more complex environment. UNH is a membership organization of 38 NYC settlement houses and community centers, providing quality services at more than 600 sites to over a half million New Yorkers a year.
