For ongoing support of the Associate Director (“AD”) of Programs, whose primary responsibility is to support a team of Program Managers in their execution of PENCIL’s college and career readiness programs, particularly the School Partnership Program. The AD enables the organization to increase its impact by ensuring that their Program Managers are equipped with the full resources they need to deliver high-quality programming consistently and efficiently, and can better troubleshoot challenges in the delivery of partnership programs.
