To provide continued support for the Staffing Coordinator position for the Top Talent Initiative of their Human Resources Department. The Initiative includes strengthening their human resources capacity, infusing all managerial staff with the culture of continuous operational improvement, and ensuring that staff possess the key competencies for high job performance and integrity. The Coordinator plays a vital role in their ability to recruit and retain talented staff in a highly competitive nonprofit job market, while centralizing functions that have historically been split between Human Resources and program staff. The Coordinator oversees the recruitment, vetting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of all new Henry Street Settlement staff, while strategizing ways to provide opportunities for existing staff to grow in their positions.
