For continued support for their Chief of Staff who handles special projects, including data management and Board Meeting coordination, and liaises with the various Board committees working to achieve their strategic plan’s objectives. This position has enabled HOPE to integrate data and AI tools into their operations, reinforce compliance and quality assurance, and enhance coordination between the Executive Director, staff, and Board. This role provides the organizational and communication channel framework for the leadership team, employees, and other external partners to implement HOPE’s strategic vision. As they enter the next phase of their strategic plan implementation, this position will help them to deepen their impact and deliver lasting results for the 400 jobseekers whom they annually enroll, plus an additional 400 program graduates to whom they continue to offer job-related support.
