To support the Network Director of Curriculum and Instruction who will lead the continued development, alignment, and implementation of DREAM’s Science of Reading-based literacy curriculum from Pre-K through the 12th grade. This role is responsible for designing and refining a rigorous, vertically aligned ELA curriculum; developing unit plans, assessments, and instructional materials; and ensuring its strong implementation through data analysis, coaching, and collaboration with school leaders. By strengthening the coherence and quality of literacy instruction across the network for all grades, this position plays a critical role in advancing student achievement and better ensuring that all DREAM students build the foundational reading and critical thinking skills necessary for their long-term academic success and overall well-being. DREAM Charter School is a Pre-K through grade 12 and beyond public charter school network which prepares students for success at high-performing schools, colleges and afterwards via a rigorous academic program that develops critical thinkers who will each develop an ongoing love of learning, strong character, and longterm commitments to wellness and active citizenship.
